2 West is a great apartment complex and has all the amenities! Centrally located in Saratoga, they reimburse pool passes at Victoria Pools, and allow dogs!!! The Burns Management and maintenance team have always been super helpful! 10/10 would definitely recommend! 👌🙌
We lived at 2 West for a little over 2 years and paid a fee to have our cats in the apartment. The location was ok - if you don’t mind a parking lot being your view - best part about the location is being close to SPAC. It’s a noisy area with a lot of traffic. The apartment itself was ok but cheaply made - especially the bathroom where the toilet paper holder and faucets were always breaking. Same with the cheap plastic blinds. When we moved in the poorly designed balcony was covered in bird poop - they tired to clean it... read more
Great property! Apartments are modern and well maintained. Internet and Cable included with rent. The management company Burns Management is very responsive when there are maintenance issues and are good about not disturbing residents unless absolutely necessary (such as fire inspections). The amenities are great and include a gym, rooftop terrace, office/workspace, and an amazon locker. Would recommend.
