Shane Martin, PA is the most empathetic and compassionate provider I have seen in a long time. Medical care always makes me very anxious and he took his time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to digest and eased my anxiety. I can’t rave about his bedside manner and patient care enough! Also, office was nice and clean! Overall, great experience.
I called and went to the guilderland office for an X-ray , had been having upper back pain. The receptionist was professional and super kind. Got in to see PA in about 20 minutes(Susaye Smith) Susaye was a delight, sweet, professional, kind, Went over my symptoms, got an xray, And thank my lucky stars the xray did not show pneumonia .
