Really a bad experience here, glad to cut ties with this place. I began banking with Chemung canal because I was looking for a local, small bank with personable customer service. It took 5+ days to get a phone call with a supervisor regarding a hidden and persisting problem on my account which cost me hundreds of dollars in fees as the time past. Very nice building, love the architecture. Employees are friendly and kind. Love to bank with Chemung. This is the one building here on Buffalo Street that does notary if anyone needs one.
I had been having trouble with my online banking for a very long time. I expressed my concern and Alex took my phone number and got it all figured out for me and called me first thing the next morning to let me know it was taken care of. It's very appreciated. Anytime I go in there everyone is very eager to help!!!
5 stars for being the only bank i called that could answer if they do cannabis banking without putting me on hold for 30 minutes.
this is a good bank been with them going on 2 years and never had a problem and if i did have a problem them fixed the problems right away
