I have received superior care at both the Canton & Troy Branches. The manager Kim Bailey makes all the difference - professional, kind & helpful. Checking is free. I got a checkbook in 3 days & Mastercard in 5! Compared to C&N poor Customer Service, it is by far the more superior bank! Maryllis Hughes
I love the bank the only issue is they wait to the last second to make treasurery deposits available!!! Basically sitting on the money! I had USAA before Chemung and I was paid as soon as the transfer was started! Sometimes 2 days earlier! This money is guaranteed! I only switched to Chemung because USAA is based in Texas and has no local branches.
