Closed my card without notice and told me I had another one coming in the mail but never received the card. Girl on the phone acted like it was her first day and completely ruined my plans for buying Christmas presents on time
Not sure of the lady's name. Don't care, honestly as I won't be opening an account there and will be opening one across the st at the community bank- Where they have better manners and actually speak to people without acting disgusted. If your bank tellers don't want to deal with minorites maybe they shouldn't be there. Just glad I won't have to ever deal w that nastiness again. Do better.
