OUTSTANDING service. Anytime I have had any issues everyone was so kind and immediately came to help. I appreciate the workers here and how the laundry rooms are cleaned and the snow removed and salted. They keep up on the appearance for this place as well as the convenience for their tenants. My apartment is absolutely beautiful and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I’m so lucky, and would recommend the “Skidmore” apartments to anyone!
My heat and hot water went out, and Barry from maintenance arrived in short order and was able to access and fix the problem. I am very happy with the fast and professional service I experienced.
I relocated to Saratoga Springs for a new job in Albany and was unsure where to begin my housing search. Boy am I glad I came across Burns Management. Christine Richards, Skyler, and Shirley were all instrumental in helping me feel at ease throughout the process. They were not only professional and knowledgeable about the area but also very personable, making the search enjoyable and less stressful. I highly recommend Burns Management to anyone new to the area looking for their next home!
I have been a resident of Saratoga Properties since 2014 and living at the Skidmore Apartments now since 2018. I truly love my apartment, with all its character and close proximity to downtown. The ladies in the rental office have always been friendly, helpful, and understanding. The maintenance team is wonderful as well; especially Nate, who usually completes my services requests when needed within a day or two. The grounds are well-kept and beautifully maintained. The perfect spot for downtown living!
They rented to my mother when she died. I asked if I can move in to go through her life for a couple months and properly inventory her estate but they wouldn't let me do that. They said I would have to move all the stuff out which to clean it before they can rent it to me which is policy. I understand that. Month adter month, they wouldn't allow me access.
