I’ve lived at Skyview since March of 2023 and absolutely love it! Diana the manager is wonderful and my dog Finn absolutely loves the dog park! Maintenance is timely and efficient. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for their new home. Picture is of Finn enjoying the park :)
I have lived in this complex for over 3 years. Is it perfect? No. But I challenge you to find an apartment complex with absolutely no issues. We are incredibly dog friendly here and we have a dog park on site. If you don't like dogs, this complex is not for you lol. We are next to the airport, so expect to hear the planes. They allowed a whole commune of people to move in, who don't shut the **** up, all hours of the day and night. Last night they were loud at 2am, today theyre making extreme loud noise at 1:30pm again. They take up a whole row of parking as well. Rev their motorcycles constantly, and have extremely loud vehicles in general. If you value some quiet living. Do not move here. Great location, great quite setting but unfortunately proposed amenities within former extended stay and suites converted into rental condominiums/ apartments complex are still in conversation finishing because not all offered amenities for the comfortable, joyful living accessible yet. Overall and future projected style of quality of living within this community is quite excited. Thanksgiving greetings to all from our family to yours!!!
The Skyview Terrace Apartments boast commendable leasing agents and maintenance staff who consistently make significant efforts to address and resolve issues promptly. However, the complex faces numerous shortcomings. The apartments are notably small, with an oversized microwave taking up most of the kitchen space and lacking ceiling lights.
