The team at Hendrick Hudson really is top notch. I had some maintenance issues and they were addressed promptly and neatly. This building is gorgeous, with an awesome location in downtown Troy. Well maintained with a fantastic staff and happily lived in!
This would probably be the best apartment to live in, pet friendly, all utilities included (except WiFi) washer dryer in unit, up to date appliances, maintenance staff is great. Everything besides the point of living in a downtown area. Please expect the bars and restaurants to be loud until about midnight (by loud I mean yes you can hear them through the floors and windows) and then have the patrons outside lingering until 2am or whenever they decide to go home.
