We caught more than 20 mouse in the apartment. There are mouse everywhere in the apartment. I definitely do not recommend to live here.
Quiet place in a great neighborhood. Love a good balcony, especially with the view of the courtyard, which is one of my favorite parts about the place. As has been my previous experience with Burns Management, the maintenance staff is incredible. So timely and kind. They respond very quickly and keep the property in great shape, inside and out. 30 min walk from Caroline st and a 5 min drive downtown. No complaints!
